"I became a Personal Trainer for one reason. During my teenage years and early 20's I was overweight and had very low confidence because of this. I used to jump from diet to diet & gym to gym with no consistency or results. As much as I wanted to change I just couldn't seem to make it happen. 

After a long period of struggling and feeling fed up with achieving no results, I decided to make a change.

I studied and qualified as a personal trainer. I worked hard with a diverse range of clients for several years. I travelled to California to be mentored and learnt from industry leaders. Health, nutrition and exercise quickly became my passion and still is today. Now, after years in the industry and having helped thousands of clients, it remains my ambition to help you to also make a change where you truly find results.

 I understand what it feels like to be unhappy in your own skin and wanting to see a difference but needing help to get there. I've seen my client's health, sleep, happiness and energy all sky rocket as they've lost weight and achieved their goals.

As I was postnatal I had to occasionally modify some of the workouts but the instructors have always been really helpful in this and now I'm doing the full range of activities. ** Towards the end of 2015 I realised how much I wanted to change my exercise, eating and overall outlook on life. I was initially apprehensive about joining an exercise class/bootcamp as I thought I might not be able to keep up with the rest of the group. 

But Adem was always on-hand to support me every step of the way and the team were all so welcoming. The classes are great and the fellow bootcampers are a great support too. Express Body Fitness gave me manageable sessions that I could easily fit into everyday life. So there's no excuse not to take part. As a result of these classes, I lost two stone and improved my endurance levels which even surprised me. 

If you want to improve your fitness levels, and change your outlook on food and exercise, this should definitely be your first port of call. The money you invest in this programme will be the best you've spent on yourself. Adem - thank you for your help and support!

** I procrastinated for ages about joining the team as honestly I was terrified I'd look like a fool and wouldn't be able to keep up. I finally bit the bullet with the aim of just doing a month and three months later I'm still here. I've lost weight, toned everywhere (loving the new arms and shoulders) my clothes fit better I feel great and I have lots more energy. My hard work hasn't gone unnoticed by my friends too which is really nice. Danny and Adem are great as are Lisa and Wayne and everyone I've met in the classes are supportive inclusive and friendly.
